Headaches, stomach issues, and several other symptoms are frequently reported. Ideal dosage when treating Fibromyalgia appears to be 4.5mg. It seems to have no effect when used under 1.5 mg and is counter productive to our purposes over 5 mg. However since there can be remotely uncomfortable sensations the first week or so, it may have better results with the lower 3.0mg dosage. It is recommended that those with Fibromyalgia begin with 3.0mg and slowly work up to 4.5mg, since starting at the higher dosage may increase stiffness and other Fibro symptoms.
